The Powerball drawing for Monday, November 7 has been rescheduled. Here's why it could happen and when it might happen.

The drawing for the record-breaking $1.9 billion Powerball has been postponed until 11 p.m. due to a "technical difficulty," lottery host Laura Johnson said.
